Oversized 9/32" punch heads allow easier page-turning. Nonskid feet keep the hole punch in place while punching. Lock down handle for storage and safety. Two-hole punch also features 2-3/4" center; adjustable, ruled paper guide; heavy-gauge steel construction and a no-mar chip pan.
