When will my order be delivered?

We ship nationwide. Your order will be packaged and delivered depending on the item time frame. Most items are received the next day but depending on your location can take longer. Some items take longer to ship and can take up to 14 days, typically noted on the product page of the item. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

Can I Return my product?

Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition. Non-Returnable items will have a note on the items product page. Typically this is perishable or special order items.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Please contact us immediately if an item is damaged or missing.
