Shipping Rates
Everything about how we ship and what it costs.
UPS-shippable items
Most items ship via UPS. Orders of UPS-shippable products totaling $99.00 or more ship free. Under that, a flat $9.99 applies.
Look for the "UPS shippable" badge on product pages to confirm eligibility.
Non-UPSable items
Items not shipped via UPS (oversized, hazmat, etc.) won't qualify for the free-shipping threshold and are charged $99.00 per order.
Special-order items
Items built or sourced to order ship at $29.99 per order regardless of the free-shipping threshold.
Mixed orders
When an order combines all three kinds, charges are calculated by category and added together:
- UPSable subtotal ≥ $99.00 → free (otherwise $9.99)
- Non-UPSable items → $99.00 per order
- Special-order items → $29.99 per order
Special-order classification takes precedence over UPS-shippable when both would apply.
