By creating an account, browsing the catalog, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your information.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and place orders. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Business (B2B) accounts may be managed by a company administrator who can invite team members, assign permissions, and set purchasing rules. The company is responsible for the actions of its members.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, limit quantities, or correct pricing errors before payment is captured.

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, shipping, or handling, which are calculated at checkout.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, stored cards, and approved net-term invoicing for qualifying business accounts. Payment is due according to the terms selected at checkout.

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by product, availability, and destination.

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Certain products (marked non-returnable, special order, or final sale) are excluded from returns.

You may close your account at any time from the Account screen in our app or website by selecting "Close account." Your request is sent to our team, who will process the deletion and remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

If you have open orders or outstanding invoices, we may need to retain certain information to complete those transactions and meet legal record-keeping obligations.

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and software — is owned by or licensed to 360 Supply and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: placing fraudulent orders; using the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempting to access data or systems you are not authorized to access; interfering with the Service's operation; or scraping, reselling, or redistributing our catalog data without permission.

Violations may result in account suspension and cancellation of pending orders.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damages arising from your inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
